ANCYL Limpopo boost their election campaign with their ex-deputy president Ronald Lamola


ANCYL provincial chairperson Tonny Rachoene and former ANCYL deputy president and currently Justice and Correctional Services Minister Ronald Lamola.


Justice and Correctional Services Minister Ronald Lamola paid a special visit to Lebowakgomo Ward 17 with ANCYL provincial chairperson Tonny Rachoene to boost the ANC election campaign.

The former ANCYL president Lamola, Rachoene and ANC Lepelle Nkumpi Chief Whip Given Sello spent their day with residents of Lebowakgomo Ward 17 before accelerating their door-to-door campaigns to other parts of the former Capital of the former Bantustan of Lebowa.

Lamola who is also ANC national executive member (NEC) was well received as most people in Limpopo confirmed that they are willing to give the ANC one more chance despite mushrooming of political parties have embarked on ousting the ruling party. This after he urged the public to vote for the ANC during this month’s elections.

Rachoene said: “We led a successful massive door to door Campaign together with the former deputy president of the ANCYL and the current NEC member of the ANC, comrade   Lamola. We started by addressing the community of Ward 17 on the importance of a collective effort to defend the gains of the National Democratic Revolution. We, thereafter, proceeded to a massive door to door to further engage voters on the same campaign trail. We urged the community to vote for the ANC.”

Sello said: “The ANC is the only party that can emancipate people from all forms of depression. We remain certain that the people will vote for the ANC which will emerge victorious.”
