Miss Pre-Teen Grand South Africa finalist Mosholadi Maubane (10) from Lebowakgomo in Lepelle Nkumpi Municipality is on the right track to emulate women across all races who marched to the Union Buildings against pass laws on August 9, 1956.

Mosholadi is leading by example by ensuring that her Shola Foundation advocates for the poor by donating food, clothes and cleaning the streets to have a healthy environment in her area as well as other areas in the province.

A model and a netball player said: “I’m inspired by women who have changed people’s lives across the country without trepidation. I’m of the view that respect is potent and imperative. I would like to thank my parents, my father and mother and my family for their support and believing in my dreams.  I put it to that my foundation Shola has given me hope that one cannot change the world but make a positive contribution against all odds.  I also like to thank the organisers of The Miss Pre-Teen Grand South Africa for giving me the opportunity to believe in myself and that you are never too young to fulfil your dreams,” said Mosholodi.

Different stakeholders who would like to donate and sponsor Sholodi Foundation can contact her at 072 710 1258.
