Sapa Yopa Tour 2026 Ignites Polokwane: King Monada, Bontle Smith & A Mass Ride to Remember Johz

POLOKWANE– Polokwane is about to shake.  

The streets, the speakers, and the memories are all about to collide as Sapa Yopa MCC brings the Sapa Yopa Tour 2026 to town on 5-6 June. Two nights. Two venues. One massive tribute to the late Johz Mamabolo, founder of Sapa Yopa MCC, aka “Captain Die Hard.” And it’s going to be loud, raw, and unforgettable.  

Night 1: The Pre-Party Explodes  

On Friday, 5 June, Polokwane’s night owls head to Plk Chesanyama for the pre-party with Limpopo’s own King Monada. If you know Monada, you know the floor won’t survive.

Malwedhe anthems, heavy bass, and that unmistakable Limpopo energy are set to blow the roof off before the main event even begins.  

This is the warm-up, but it’s not a warm-down. It’s a statement: Sapa Yopa is back, and they’re living the dream in full throttle.  

Night 2: The Main Event – Remembering Johz  

On Saturday, 6 June, it all goes down at Shipping Container Lifestyle opposite Turfloop University. The headliner? Bontle Smith, bringing her vocal fire to a night already charged with emotion and adrenaline.  

But Bontle isn’t alone. The lineup reads like a who’s who of the scene: Hai Chang, Skeleton Boyz, DJ Q Scotch, DJ Charmza, Sossa, Ladonsi, DJ Tofolux, DJ Tswaka, DJ 12L, Komza The Tiger, Makhenza and more. From Amapiano to deep house to hard-hitting DJ sets, this stage is built to break necks and light up the night.  

And before the music takes over, the engines will. The Mass Ride from Turfloop will see bikers tear through the streets in a charity run honoring Johz’s legacy. Helmets down, respect up.  

Living The Dream, Honoring The Legend  

This isn’t just a tour. It’s a memorial, a celebration, and a statement of brotherhood. Johz built Sapa Yopa MCC on the motto “Living The Dream,” and this weekend Polokwane is living it loud.  

Expect flames, spotlights, and a crowd that won’t stop moving. Expect a tribute that hits harder than any drop. Expect two nights that will have the city talking long after the last bike rolls out.
