The Inter-Ministerial Committee (IMC) established to fast-track the relocation of the Sekhukhune District Offices from Lebowakgomo to Jane Furse has taken a significant step forward. Led by Public Works, Roads and Infrastructure MEC Tonny Rachoene, the IMC recently engaged with the Pedi Mamone Traditional Authority, marking a crucial milestone in the relocation process.
The Provincial Government, under the leadership of Honourable Premier Dr. Phophi Ramathuba, is driving the relocation initiative to improve service delivery in the district. The IMC's engagement with the Royal House was met with a warm reception, with the traditional authority welcoming the progress report and expressing appreciation for the government's efforts.
The IMC meeting was attended by key stakeholders, including the Sekhukhune District Municipality Executive Mayor, Cllr. Minah Bahula, and the Makhuduthamaga Municipality Mayor, Cllr.
