This magnificent development, spearheaded by SAMPADA Private Equity, is a testament to the power of innovative investment and community empowerment.

During its construction phase, the development created over 700 jobs, injecting much-needed economic stimulus into the community. Today, it boasts 200 permanent employees, a significant milestone that underscores its long-term impact on the local economy.
