In a heartwarming display of commitment to her community, Member of the Mayoral Committee (MMC) for Roads and Transport, Tlangi Mogale, has delivered on a long-awaited promise to residents of F4 New Eesterust in Hammanskraal.
The MMC's visit to the area was marked by the launch of a roads regravelling program, a testament to her dedication to improving the lives of Tshwane's citizens.
The program is part of the City of Tshwane's ongoing efforts to maintain and upgrade its road infrastructure. However, for the residents of F4 New Eesterust, it is a promise kept. "We have been waiting for this moment for a long time," said a beaming resident. "MMC Mogale told us she would come back to us, and she has. We are grateful for her commitment to our community."
The roads regravelling program is not the only project underway in the area. A previously terminated roads project, scrapped by the previous regime, has been reinstated and is set to commence in the coming weeks.
Residents are ecstatic about the prospect of improved infrastructure, which they say will greatly enhance their quality of life. "MMC Mogale is a woman of her word," said another resident. "She listened to our pleas and has delivered. We are proud to have her representing us."
The community's appreciation for MMC Mogale's efforts is palpable. "She's not just a politician, she's a leader who cares," said a local business owner. "We've seen real change in our area since she started working with us. She's delivered on her promises, and that's what matters."
MMC Mogale's commitment to her community is a refreshing change, according to residents. "We've had leaders come and go, but MMC Mogale is different," said a community leader. "She's hands-on, and she listens. She's a true servant of the people."
As the roads regravelling program gets underway, residents are optimistic about the future. "This is just the beginning," said MMC Mogale. "We are committed to continuing our work in F4 New Eesterust and across Tshwane, ensuring that our roads are safe and accessible for all."
The City of Tshwane's #Bastrata initiative, aimed at improving roads and transport infrastructure, is making strides in F4 New Eesterust. With MMC Mogale at the helm, residents are confident that their area will be transformed.
