Polokwane, South Africa - The ANC Provincial Elections Team and Peter Mokaba Regional Elections Team rolled up their sleeves today, convening a joint meeting at Thune Primary School in Ga-Mamobolo to fine-tune their strategy for the February by-elections.

Chaired by Provincial Secretary, Vhamusanda Reuben Madadzhe, and hosted by Peter Mokaba Region's John Mpe, the meeting brought together top brass and grassroots leaders.

The team received a comprehensive elections report, outlining progress and pinpointing areas for action. The focus? Strengthening organisational readiness, intensifying community engagement, and ensuring a united campaign on the ground.

"Community meetings to finalise the ANC candidate will take place over the weekend of 24–25 January 2026," Madadzhe announced. The ANC is leaving nothing to chance, mobilising its structures and allies to drive a winning campaign.

John Mpe, Peter Mokaba Region Chairperson, emphasised the ANC's commitment to serving the people. "We're not just fighting for votes; we're fighting for the future of Polokwane."

The meeting sent a clear message: the ANC is united, ready, and raring to go. With Alliance partners and community leaders on board, the party is poised to take the February by-elections by storm.
