The ANC Sekhukhune Region, under the capable leadership of Coordinator Cde Eddie Maila, has launched an intensive door-to-door campaign in Ward 37 of the Fetakgomo Tubatse Sub-Region.
This proactive initiative is part of the party's broader strategy to secure a decisive win in the upcoming by-elections scheduled for November 5, 2025.
The campaign, which embodies the party's commitment to grassroots engagement and meticulous political strategy, saw the ANC RET team, bolstered by leagues, alliance partners, the South African National Civic Organisation (SANCO), ANC councillors, and enthusiastic volunteers, embark on a mission to connect with voters. The team engaged residents in meaningful conversations to grasp their concerns and assess the state of service delivery in the ward.
Following the door-to-door outreach, the RET team convened at Mphanama Community Hall to receive feedback from the campaign. This crucial session highlighted the issues raised by the community, which the party will address in its bid to win the trust and votes of the residents.

Cllr Maila expressed unwavering confidence in the party's prospects of emerging victorious in the by-elections. His optimism is rooted in the ANC's recent wins in Ward 09 of the Ephraim Mogale Sub-Region and Ward 34 of the Fetakgomo Tubatse Sub-Region, which demonstrate the party's enduring appeal and support in the region.
The ANC's string of victories in Limpopo's by-elections underscores its stronghold in the province. Notable wins include the Ward 09 by-elections in the Ephraim Mogale Local Municipality, where Maleswene Collins Nkwane was elected as the new Ward Councillor, and the Ward 30 by-elections in Roossenekal, Sekhukhune, where the party secured an impressive 71% of the vote.
The ANC Sekhukhune RET's door-to-door campaign in Ward 37 is a calculated effort to engage with voters, understand their concerns, and offer solutions. With their recent victories in the region, the party is poised to win the upcoming by-elections and continue serving the people of Limpopo with dedication and integrity.
