"We must make sure that we pray for all the men and women in blue," she said, her voice trembling with emotion. "We are a spiritual province, it is important that we pray without ceasing. I am so emotional, all I want is for us to seek God's divine intervention. May the peace of God guard your hearts and give you peace."
