Malema And His Troops Ordered To Apologies To Ramaphosa

Julius Malema and his five troops were ordered to apologise to President Cyril Ramaphosa over the 2023 State of the Nation Address (SONA) incident where they stormed the stage during Ramaphosa’s address.

Malema, his lieutenants Floyd Shivambu, Marshall Dlamini, Sinawo Tambo, Vuyani Pambo, and Mbuyiseni Ndlozi received this order in reference to the happenings of February 9, 2023 when they stormed the stage while President Ramaphosa was giving speech despite National Assembly Speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula’s order for them to leave the chamber.

Mapisa-Nqakula suspended all the proceedings and called the security to remove unruly EFF members.

The red overalls were found guilty of contravening the Powers, Privileges, and Immunities Act on Tuesday by the Parliamentary powers and privileges committee after hearing the closing arguments on Monday.
