Lehlogonolo Masoga, the Administrator of the Services Sector Education Training Authority (SETA), has demonstrated himself to be a leader of vision and intellect, equal to the task of transforming the organization's fortunes.

With a background in politics and governance, Masoga has brought a level of sophistication and strategic thinking to the Services SETA. His experience as a former deputy speaker of the Limpopo legislature has equipped him with the skills to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive meaningful change.

Masoga's address at the Services SETA's 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was a masterclass in leadership, as he outlined a bold vision for the organization's future and called on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) colleges to partner with him in this endeavor.

"We are committed to giving hope to the hopeless and creating opportunities for the youth," Masoga declared. "We will set aside R3 billion in reserves to fund skills development initiatives, and we call on TVET colleges to partner with us in this endeavor."

Masoga's intellectual rigor was evident in his analysis of the challenges facing the services sector, and his commitment to addressing them. He emphasized the need for collaboration and partnerships to drive economic growth and development, and urged stakeholders to work together to address the skills gap and create employment opportunities for young people.

"A skilled workforce is the backbone of any economy," Masoga said. "We must work together to ensure that our young people have the skills they need to succeed in the modern economy."

Masoga's leadership style is characterized by his ability to think critically and strategically, and to inspire others to work towards a common goal. He is a leader who is not afraid to take tough decisions, but also one who is committed to transparency and accountability.

Under Masoga's leadership, the Services SETA is poised to make a significant impact on the country's skills development landscape. His vision, intellect, and leadership skills make him the ideal person to drive this agenda forward.

As one stakeholder put it, "Masoga is a breath of fresh air. He understands the challenges facing the services sector, and he has a clear vision for how to address them. We are confident that under his leadership, the Services SETA will make a real difference in the lives of young people and contribute to the country's economic growth and development.
