Polokwane, South Africa - In a powerful display of commitment to community-led governance, Executive Mayor Cllr Makoro John Mpe and the Polokwane Municipality council gathered with revered traditional leaders at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium to shape the 2026/27 IDP and Budget.
