Rachoene's efforts to secure partnerships have been successful, with a notable partnership with Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services (MERSETA) worth R20 million. With a budget allocation of R15.274 billion for the next three financial years, Rachoene's department is poised to drive growth and development in the province. His department has created over 342 jobs in a short span, and plans are underway to employ 150 more in May.
