The National Dialogue will unfold in phases, starting with local consultations and sectoral engagements, followed by provincial and national gatherings. A National Convention, scheduled for August 15, 2025, will set the agenda for the National Dialogue. This convention will be a representative gathering, bringing together government, political parties, civil society, business, labor, traditional leaders, religious leaders, cultural workers, sports organizations, women, youth, and community voices.
