Dr Molala, a visionary leader with a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration, has brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role, focusing on smart municipalities as a catalyst for business process engineering and economic development.

The result is a modern smart town, spanning over 160 hectares of prime land, featuring a range of innovative features, including a reimagined Central Business District, residential community, sculpture park, outdoor soccer field, and modern taxi rank.

This ambitious project is expected to create over 10,000 jobs, injecting new life into the local economy and providing opportunities for residents to build a better future.
